3. EXECUTIVE SESSION as authorized by Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E:

3.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District’s attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including to provide legal advice regarding three Level III hearings regarding complaints against District personnel.

3.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, or to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including to conduct Level III Grievance Hearings regarding complaints against District personnel.

4. RECONVENE FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR ACTION RELATIVE TO ITEMS COVERED DURING EXECUTIVE SESSION.
