2.A) Pending and/or Potential Litigation

2.A)1. If McAllen Federation of Teachers requests the hearing in McAllen Federation of Teachers, Local 6329 v. McAllen ISD, TEA Docket No. 042-R10-0310, Before the Commissioner of Education (which hearing was ordered by the Commissioner), to be held in closed session, the Board may hold the hearing in closed session. The Board may also deliberate on the case in closed session. The Board may confer with its counsel in closed session to obtain legal advice regarding the hearing.
