1.B. Discussion and possible Board action to declare an emergency or urgent public necessity at Canterbury Elementary School due to wastewater contamination.

1.C. Discussion and possible Board action to waive requirements of Tex. Educ. Code § 44.031 due to a Board determination that the delay posed by the contract methods required by the standard bidding procedures would prevent or substantially impair the conduct of classes or other essential school activities.

|
1.D. Discussion and possible Board action to direct the Superintendent to seek one or more contracts for the remediation of the facilities at Canterbury Elementary School by obtaining quotes for such remediation in an expedited process, and to contract for such remediation on terms which represent the best value for the District.
