5. ACTION AND/OR DISCUSSION ITEMS

5.A) Discussion and possible action regarding SMSD facility rental fees, including use of facilities at fee(s) less than the fee schedule by certain groups

5.B) Discussion and approval of the Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Financial Report and Single Audit Report.

5.C) Consider approval of the purchase of an annual Cisco Meraki license from Netsync Network Solutions, Inc. (DIRCPO-5347) for an amount not to exceed $59,330 from the General Fund budget.

5.D) Consider ratification and approval of a contract with MGT Impact Solutions LLC (TIPS 220601) for Professional Development Services from 12/01/2025 to 05/31/2026 for an amount not to exceed $72,000 (Fund 211/IL).

5.E) Consider approval of the purchase and installation of HVAC unit for Data Center from Davis Mechanical Contractors for an amount not to exceed $19,100 from Series-2024 Maintenance Note.
