7. ACTION AND/OR DISCUSSION ITEMS

7.A) Consideration and adoption of an Order Canvassing Returns and Declaring Results of May 3, 2025 Bond Election. 

7.B) Consider termination of Chapter 21 probationary contracts of teachers as presented and delegate authority to the Superintendent and his designer to notify teachers in accordance with applicable law and Board policy.

7.C) Consider proposing nonrenewal of Chapter 21 term employment contracts of teachers or one or more reasons outlined in Policy DFBB (Local) as presented and delegate authority to the Superintedent and his designer to notify teachers in accordance with applicable law and Board policy. 

7.D) Consider approval of award of professional administrator, certified teacher, counselor, nurse (RN), non-certified professional and all other contracts for 2025-2026 as presented and related actions. 

7.E) Consider approval of the 2025-2026 Joint Board Budget Calendar.

7.F) Consider approval of the contract with MGT Impact Solutions (TIPS Contract# 220802) for the amount of $70,000 (Fund-211).

7.G) Consider approval of the contract with Kickstart Kids (CTPA/Georgetown ISD Contract #24-008) for the amount of $78,000 (Fund-199).

7.H) Consider approval of MOU with Houston Community College relating to the Alternative Teacher Certification Program
