6. ACTION AND/OR DISCUSSION ITEMS

6.A) Consider approval of award of professional administrator, certified teacher, counselor, nurse (RN), non-certified professional and all other contracts for 2024-2025 as presented and related actions. 

6.B) Review and discuss Official Canvass Results and consider approval of order canvassing the returns and declaring the results of the general election and related actions.

6.C) Administration of procedures to seat newly elected trustees and related actions.

6.C)2. Issue and sign statement of elected official

6.D) Consider approval of new FTE for maintenance child nutrition position (paid for with child nutrition funding).

6.E) Consider action to approve a budget amendment for Child Nutrition that the agreement to purchase equipment was approved in 2022-2023. (240/00 to 240/35 in the amount of $147,242.00)

6.F) Consider approval of the 2024-2025 SMSD Compensation Manual.

6.G) Consider amending 2% teacher raises and adding calculated raises for maintenance, operations, and child nutrition.
