4. Closed Meeting - Closed meeting will be held for the purposes authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.071 - 551.076 concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including but not limited to the following sections and purposes:

matter authorized by law

6. ACTION AND/OR DISCUSSION ITEMS

6.A) Consider approval of revised policy GKD (Local).

6.B) Approval of BA-JA# 1 in the net amount of $558,909 and transfers between accounts and increasing appropriations. (All budgets were reviewed and adjustments are needed to make sure that functional expenditures are adjusted to the end of the year). 

6.C) Approval of BA-JA# 3 in the amount of $1,252,596 to appropriate funds for projected expenditures identified till the end of the year to include utilities, transportation costs and other priority costs. 

6.D) Approval of BA-JA# 2 in the amount of $1,512,837 to appropriate revenues and expenditures for the taxes received and estimated recapture for FY 23-24.
