5.C) Discussion and possible action to approve the Interlocal Agreement between SMSD and the City of Stafford for Law Enforcement Services.

5.D) Consider approval of Education Direction LLC in the amount of $56,000 for the period of October 2022 to June 30, 2023 and submitting for TEA approval of assigned vendor through EDGAR Form. (Funds are funded through a Math and Literacy Framework Development Grant Cycle 1 flow through the US Department of Education and the Texas Education Agency.)
