7.A)

Consider approval of estimated reserved fund balances for non-spendable, restricted, committed, assigned and unassigned under the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) 54. (This is an annual requirement to project our end of the year fund  balance to meet GASB accounting standards. Once the audit is completed, the final fund balances will be reported at the January Board Meeting).

7.B) Consider approval of Partnership Agreement with Houston Community College and Stafford MSD for College Connections Project-Student Data Sharing/Dual Credit Courses/HB5 College Prep Match and English Courses/Early College High School/Middle College High School

7.C) Ratification and Approval of interlocal agreements and participation in the following purchasing cooperatives for FY 2021-2022 and future fiscal years: BuyBoard, Central Texas Purchasing Alliance, HCDE Choice Partners, Omnia Partners, Purchasing Association of Cooperative Entities (Region 20 ESC), Texas DIR, Texas Interlocal Purchasing System (Region 8 ESC), Texas Smartbuy and various education service centers, including, but not limited, Region 4 , and Region 20 and other service centers.

BA # 1 Construction Fund for additional revenues and expenditures estimated at $350,000 from General Fund revenues. 
BA # 2 General Fund to reclassify expenditures for leases intro function 71 as required by GASB #87 (Amount is projected to be $73,944)
BA # 3 General Fund to cover accrual costs at year end in the amount of $501,000. (This amendment is necessary to ensure function level expenditures are within the budget).

7.G) Consider approval to renew RFP #21-0015-R1 for property and casualty
