5.D) Consider approval of payments over $50,000 and related actions for the month of May 2022. 

5.E) Discussion and approval of Resolution to adopt disaster pennies for tax year 2022.

5.I) Consider approval of TASB renewal of insurance for FY 22-23 in the amount of $62,

5.J) Consider approval on designating Interim CFO to calculate the No New Revenue Tax Rate and Voter Approved Tax Rate. (Update- Fort Bend County will not calculate the tax rates. 

5.K) Discussion and possible action regarding the hiring of (2) Elementary Assistant Principals.
