5.C) Discussion and possible action to modify the 2021-2022 Compensation Plan for the Director of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources pay box (A 04) to a maximum salary not to exceed $135,000 

5.D) Discussion and possible action regarding the hiring of a Human Resources Director

5.E) Discussion and possible action regarding the hiring of a firm to complete an Internal Audit
