7.A) Consider approval of an In-House substitute position for SAEC to provide relief for the remainder of the year; programmatic capacity has reached its limit and forecasted needs will exceed recommended staffing thresholds. The In-House position will be until June 3, 2022. The maximum cost will be $9,400.

7.B) Consider approval of Early Notification Incentive Program for the 2021-22 contract/school year, including expenditures and any necessary budget amendment relating thereto.

7.C) Consideration and possible action to name the private access road to the SMSD Ag Barn and to delegate authority to the Superintendent/his designee to coordinate with the City of Stafford and other entities to establish an address for the SMSD Ag Barn
