5.F) Consider approval of the contract award for Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals #20-005 for SMSD New AG Barn project for a total bid amount of $946,130.00, which includes an Owner Betterment Allowance of $40,000 and consider delegating authority to the Superintendent and his designee to negotiate, finalize, and execute the Contract Documents.

5.G) Consider approval of transfer of funds from the Transportation budget in an amount not to exceed $300,000 to the AG Barn project, funded by the 2017 Bond Program, to cover construction costs.

5.H) Consider partial payment of retention to Drywall Costruction for the following contracts and amounts:

Stafford Administration Building - $210,625.50
Stafford Site improvements - $202, 551.75
Stafford Middle School - $1,213,765.58
