3. Consider approval of Amended Resolution regarding actions related to COVID-19 pandemic, delegation of authority to the Superintendent in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and additional related actions.

4. Consider approval of contract with Educator’s Depot, Inc. (Buy Board Cooperative Contract
584-19) in an amount not to exceed $208,162 for fixtures, furnishings, and equipment for the Elementary School Renovation project, part of the 2017 Bond Program. |

5. Consider approval of the contract award for Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals #20-002 for
Elementary School Renovation and Pre-K/K School Renovation projects for a total bid amount of $3,929,921, which includes an allowance of $200,000 and consider delegating authority to the Superintendent and his designee to negotiate, finalize, and execute the Contract Documents. |
