11.A) Consider approval of authorizing the new CFO as an investment officer and authorizing a resolution to provide access to the depository bank, the four investment pools (Texpool, Logic, Lone Star Pool and Texstar) and related actions. 

11.B) Consider adoption of resolution concerning pay for employees during emergency closure in accordance with Policy DEA (LOCAL)

11.L) Consider approval of Project Development Agreement (PDA) with Johnson Controls via TIPS Cooperative Contract #170103 (Energy Savings Performance Contracting) in an amount not to exceed $92,000.

11.M) Consider approval for the purchase of the Emergency Notification System & P.A. from DataVox (TIPS Contract 170360) in an amount not to exceed $439,000 and related actions.

11.N) Consider approval to purchase computers from GTS Technology Solutions to refresh the computer labs in the district in an amount not to exceed $285,425.86 and related actions.
