1. Call to Order

2. Closed Meeting - Closed meeting will be held for the purposes authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.071 - 551.076 concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including but not limited to the following sections and purposes:

4.B) Consider approval of Payment not to exceed $80,000 with GTS Technology Solutions for computers in CTE Labs and related actions.

4.C) Consider approval of delegating the authority to the superintendent to negotiate, execute, and amend a contract with  for MEP Commissioning, Air Quality Testing & Monitoring Services for the New Middle School Building not to exceed $85,000 and related actions.

4.D) Consider approval of the annual review of Investment Policy CDA (Local), as presented and related actions.

4.E) Consider approval of authorizing change order #1 for the New Middle School Building and related actions.

4.F) Discussion and possible action regarding Memorandum of Understanding between Stafford Municipal School District and Johnson Controls and related actions. 

4.G) Consider approval of the disposal of outdated or nonfunctional technology equipment by way of recycling and related actions.
