Services for the Administration Building not to exceed $68,000 and related actions.

3.C. Consider approval of the pool of the Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing for HVAC Services Firms and delegate the authority to the superintendent to negotiate, execute, and amend a contract and related actions.

3.D. Consider approval of the pool of the MEP Commissioning, Air Quality Testing and Monitoring Services Firms and delegate the authority to the superintendent to negotiate, execute, and amend a contract and related actions.
