3.A) Consider approval and adoption of Resolution of the SMSD Board of Trustees approving expenditures relating to the Stafford High School Marching Band's participation and performance at the 2020 Sugar Bowl.

3.B) Consider approval of delegating the authority to the superintendent to negotiate, execute, and amend a contract with HVJ for Geotechnical and Construction Material Testing
Services for the Administration Building not to exceed $68,000 and related actions.

3.C) Consider approval of the pool of the Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing for HVAC Services Firms and delegate the authority to the superintendent to negotiate, execute, and amend a contract and related actions.

3.D) Consider approval of the pool of the MEP Commissioning, Air Quality Testing and Monitoring Services Firms and delegate the authority to the superintendent to negotiate, execute, and amend a contract and related actions.

3.E) Consider approval of resolution extending depository contract for funds of independent school districts under Texas Education Code, Chapter 45, Subchapter G and related items.
