6.C) Consider delegating to the Superintendent the Board’s authority to determine, prior to advertising, the project delivery/contract award method to be used for each construction contract valued at or above $50,000 and below $3 million for bond program projects; the Superintendent shall determine the project delivery/contract award method that he determines provides the best value to the District.
