1.A) Announcement by the president whether a quorum is present, that the meeting has been duly called and notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

2. Instructional and Organizational Check-Up meeting to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Strategic Areas identified in the 2007-08 budget process.

2.A) Report on secondary math and science courses, instructional strategies and progress, and the use of allocated budget funds.
|

2.B) Report on update of 2007/2008 budget expenditures, projections, and progress as related to Strategic Areas.
|
|
2.C) Discussion of setting dates, time, place and general approach for committee meetings as provided in joint resolution adopted August 28, 2007, by SMSD Board of Trustees and Stafford City Council for analyzing, monitoring and evaluating SMSD 2007-2008 Budget and related action.
