2. Opening remarks by SMSD Board President and Mayor

3. Presentation by Superintendent of proposed 2007-2008 SMSD budget and 2007 tax rates.

4. Presentation by Mayor on City’s contributions to SMSD and to City's support of SMSD 2007-2008 Budget.

5. Discussion by members of SMSD Board of Trustees and Stafford City Council of the proposed budget and tax rates.

6. Public Hearing to receive comments on the proposed SMSD budget and tax rates.

7. Discussion by School Board, City Council and administration on comments from the public.

8. Consideration of appropriate action on items III. – VII. Including proposed final revisions to budget and tax rates.

9. Concluding remarks by SMSD Board members and Superintendent and Mayor and City Council members and the formal announcement of the meeting of August 28, 2007, at 7:00 pm in Stafford Civic Center for consideration of SMSD budget for 2007-2008 and the 2007 tax rates.
