1. Call to Order

1.A) Announcement by the president whether a quorum is present, that the meeting has been duly called and notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

1.B) Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance

2. Workshop to discuss the 2007-2008 SMSD budget including Strategic Areas identified by SMSD and goals by City Council and proposed final revision to the budget, SMSD maintenance and operation and interest and sinking fund tax rates for 2007, and all related matters.

3. Discussion of SMSD Trustee elections in 2007 and 2008, including election dates, Trustees’ positions on each election, length of term for each position, length of extended term for each incumbent Trustee, joint elections with City or with County and State officials and consideration of approach to obtain final resolution.
