1. Call to Order

1.A) Announcement by the president whether a quorum is present, that the meeting has been duly called and notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

1.B) Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance

Workshop to discuss the 2007-2008 SMSD budget, specifically addressing the 2007/2008 Strategic Areas identified by SMSD and goals by City Council including topics, issues, recommendations and priorities offered in ten subcommittee meetings with potential impact on the budget; implementation and monitoring of 2007/2008 Strategic Areas throughout year; tax rates for SMSD and all related matters.

3. Setting of meeting, not later than August 9, 2007, to discuss future SMSD Trustee elections, including election dates, Trustees' positions on each election, length of term for each position, length of extended term for each incumbent Trustee and joint elections with appropriate election partner.
