1. Call to Order

1.A) Announcement by the president whether a quorum is present, that the meeting has been duly called and notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

1.B) Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance

2. Workshop to discuss the 2007-2008 SMSD budget, specifically addressing the 2007/2008 Strategic Areas identified by SMSD and goals by City Council including topics, issues, recommendations and priorities offered in five subcommittee meetings with potential impact on the budget; addressing approach to remaining Strategic Areas; tax rates for SMSD and all related matters.
