Description:
Any interested citizen may use not more than three (3) minutes to present on any subject that is listed on the printed agenda. Individuals who wish to provide public comment to the Board at the designated time during a Board meeting must sign up in advance of the Board meeting in-person at the Burnet High School cafeteria between 5:15-5:45 p.m.
Due to potential greater interest in this meeting, for effective meeting management and to accommodate large numbers of individuals wishing to address the Board, the presiding officer may make adjustments to public comment procedures pursuant to policy BED (LOCAL). These adjustments may include establishing an overall time limit for public comment and adjusting the time allotted to each speaker. However, no individual shall be given less than one minute to make comments. |
