10.A. Proposed Revisions to the Return to Learn Plan  (Information/Discussion)
Presenter:  Superintendent Thoenes
Description:  On August 20, 2020, Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed into law Public Acts 147, 148, and 149 (aka "The Return-to-Learn Legislation). Within this package of legislation is the requirement that each local Board of Education re-certify or reaffirm its Extended Continuity of Learning Plan (ECOLP) instructional model once every 30 days.

10.C. MASB November Virtual Annual Leadership Conference - (Discussion/Decision)
Description:  The Board will determine who will be attending the conference virtually and who will represent the board on Thursday, November 5 at the Delegate Assembly.  This is no cost to the district for attendance at the virtual conference.
