"Speakers are asked to express themselves in a civil manner, with due respect for the dignity and privacy of others who may be affected by your comments. While it is not our intent to stifle public comment, speakers should be aware that if your statements violate the rights of others under the law of defamation or invasion of privacy, you may be held legally responsible. If you are unsure of the legal ramifications of what your are about to say, we urge you consult first with your legal advisor." Each speaker will be limited to 3 minutes. Delegations of more than five person wishing to speak on the same topic shall appoint one person to present their views to the Board. |

4. Motion for Closed Session
Move into Closed Session under the Open Meetings Act Section 8(a) "To consider the dismissal, suspension, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, or to consider a periodic personnel evaluation of, a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual agent, if the named person requests a closed hearing. A person requesting a closed hearing may rescind the request at any time, in which case the matter at issue shall be considered after the rescission only in open sessions." |
