4. CONSENT AGENDA: All matters listed under the consent agenda are considered routine, and may be acted upon by the Committee with one action and without an extensive hearing. 4.A. Approval of minutes of the 12/12/13 meeting.

5. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Opportunity for Citizens to Address the Committee (no action will be taken on any item until it is properly agendized). Items raised under this portion of the agenda cannot be deliberated or acted upon until the notice procedures of the open meeting law have been met. 6. NEW BUSINESS

6.A. Review the CTE Perkins Basic grant applications for next year and make recommendations for grant funding.

6.B. Review A.B.388 requirements and State Monitoring Visit findings and recommendations.

6.C. Review Site Advisory meetings spreadsheet with list of business partners, discuss feedback received and make recommendations as needed.
