III. ORAL - Individuals desiring to address the Board regarding an item on an Agenda for an Open Meeting must submit a completed Public Comment Request Form between 11:20 a.m. and 11:50 p.m. on the day of the meeting.

IV. CLOSED SESSION
The Board may declare itself in a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Codes Sessions 551.001-551.146. In the event a closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authoring the closed meeting.
