I. CALL TO ORDER 
Presiding Officer

II. NOTICE OF MEETING 
The meeting was posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

III. ORAL - Individuals desiring to address the Board regarding an item on a Special Meeting Agenda for an Open Meeting  must submit a completed Public Comment Request Form between 4:30 p.m. and 4:50 p.m. on the day of the meeting.

IV. CONDUCT ANNUAL BOARD/SUPERINTENEDENT TEAM BUILDING SESSION

V. CLOSED SESSION 
The Board may declare itself in a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.001-551.146. In the effect a closed meeting to be convened, the presiding officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authorizing the closed meeting. Those sections may include without limitation the following sections under SUBCHAPTERS D AND E, which authorize a closed meeting to discuss the following topics:

V.A. Section 551.071: For the purpose of private consultation with the Board's attorney and all subject matters authorized by law.

V.B. Section  551.074: For the purpose of deliberating the appointment, employment, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee who is the subject of the deliberation or hearing requests an open hearing.

VI. DECLARE CLOSED MEETING ENDED AND RECONVENE IN OPEN MEETING
