III. ORAL - Individuals desiring to address the Board regarding an item on an Agenda for an Open Meeting must submit a completed Public Comment Request Form between 4:00 p.m. and 4:50 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Once the Form is completed and submitted, you will be asked to wait in your car to be called in to speak to the Board in person.

IV. THE BOARD MAY DECLARE ITSELF IN A CLOSED MEETING AS AUTHORIZED BY THE TEXAS OPEN MEETINGS ACT, TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODES SESSIONS 551.001-551.146.
In the event a Closed Meeting is convened, the Presiding Officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authorizing the Closed Meeting. Those sections may include without limitation the following sections under Subchapters D and E, which authorize a Closed Meeting to discuss the following topics:
