I. CALL TO ORDER

II. CLOSED SESSION
The Board may declare itself in a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.001 - 551.146.  In the effect a closed meeting is to be convened, the presiding officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authorizing the closed meeting.  Those sections may include without limitation the following sections under SUBCHAPTER D AND E, which authorize a closed meeting to discuss the following topics:

II.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including the discussion of the proposed Voluntary Exit Agreement with Katy Maurer.

II.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including the discussion of the proposed Voluntary Exit Agreement with Katy Maurer.

III. DECLARE CLOSED MEETING ENDED AND RECONVENE IN OPEN MEETING

IV. ACTION ITEM

IV.A. Consideration and possible action regarding the recommendation of the Superintendent, as presented, to enter into the Voluntary Exit Agreement with Katy Maurer.

V. ADJOURNMENT
