1. Adopt Agenda

2. Conduct a Public Hearing on the proposed 2022-2023 School Year Budget and Tax Rate required to fund the proposed budget. 

3. Discussion and action to approve the OISD Budget for the 2022-2023 School Year. 

4. Discussion and action to approve a Resolution setting the tax rate to fund the 2022-2023 OISD Budget. 

5. Discussion and action to approve the final Budget Amendments for the 2021-2022 OISD Budget. 

6. Discussion and possible action to approve the recertification of the Districts Micro-Purchase threshold from $10,000 to $49,999.99 for the 2022-2023 fiscal year.

7. THE BOARD WILL GO INTO CLOSED SESSION UNDER AUTHORITY OF
TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.074 - An executive session
may be held to deliberate the appointment, evaluation, reassignment, duties,
discipline or dismissal of a public school officer or employee, or to hear a
complaint or charge against an officer or employee.
A. Discussion of new hires.
B. Discussion of resignations.

8. Reconvene for motions, voting or official actions.
