6. Consider giving Superintendent, Anthony Roberts, the authority to contract with
professional personnel through August 2022.

8. Discussion and possible action on an amended Interlocal Participation Agreement with the Board of Trustees of TASB Risk Management Fund  to ensure continued coverage in the Funds program.
