5.I. Discuss, consider and take potential action to approve the conveyance of an easement to Entergy Texas, Inc. across District-owned property located in Blk 1 of the Miller-Vidor Subdivision, Vidor, Orange County, Texas, for the purpose of servicing the new addition at Vidor Elementary School.
