ORDER AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF UP TO $48,400,000 VIDOR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT UNLIMITED TAX SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS, SERIES 2025AA; LEVING A TAX TO PAY SUCH BONDS; SETTING CERTAIN PARAMETERS FOR THE BONDS; APPOINTING AND AUTHORIZING EACH OF THE SUPERINTENDENT, DEPUTY SUPERINTENDENT AND PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AS PRICING OFFICERS OF THE DISTRICT TO APPROVE THE AMOUNT, THE INTEREST RATE, PRICE, AND OTHER CERTTAIN TERMS THEREOF RELATED TO THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF THE BONDS AND CERTAIN OTHER PROCEDURES AND PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO; AND CONTAINING OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO

5. Executive Session
Consideration of Personnel Matters of the sort Described in Section 551.074 (1)(a)(2), Texas Government Code, regarding the appointment, employment evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of public employee (Executive Session).
