 RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF THE VIDOR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT UNLIMITED TAX SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS AND EXPRESSING THE DISTRICT’S OFFICIAL INTENT TO USE PROCEEDS THEREFROM TO REIMBURSE THE DISTRICT FOR ORIGINAL EXPENDITURES PAID PRIOR TO THE ISSUE DATE OF SUCH BONDS ON PROJECTS TO BE FINANCED THEREBY

4.B.  DISCUSS AND IF APPROPRIATE TAKE ACTION TO APPROVE AN ORDER AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF THE DISTRICT’S UNLIMITED TAX SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS WHICH ORDER IS TITLED AS FOLLOWS:
ORDER AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF UP TO $50,000,000 VIDOR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT UNLIMITED TAX SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS, SERIES 2025; LEVYING A TAX TO PAY SUCH BONDS; SETTING CERTAIN PARAMETERS FOR THE BONDS; APPOINTING AND AUTHORIZING EACH OF THE SUPERINTENDENT, DEPUTY SUPERINTENDENT, AND PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AS PRICING OFFICERS OF THE DISTRICT TO APPROVE THE AMOUNT, THE INTEREST RATE, PRICE, AND OTHER CERTAIN TERMS THEREOF RELATED TO THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF THE BONDS AND CERTAIN OTHER PROCEDURES AND PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO; AND CONTAINING OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO
