B.A) The Board will adjourn to a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.001, et seq.

B.A)(1) The Board will discuss personnel as allowed in the Texas Govt. Code, Section 551.074.

B.A)(2) The Board will review resignations/employment of personnel as allowed in Texas Govt. Code Section 551.074. Discussion of possible employment of Athletic Director / Head Football Coach position.

B.A)(3) Deliberation with Board regarding Bosqueville Athletic Booster Club Funds pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.082 and 551.0821.
