I.A. Announcement by the Chairperson whether a quorum is present and that notice has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, as required by law.

II. Open Forum - This time is set aside to allow citizens to comment concerning items that will be considered for action by the Board. Persons desiring to address the Board must complete a Speaker Registration Card at the Board meeting. Individual time limits will be (5) minutes.
