Extras for June 18, 2020 at 4:45 PM - Regular Meeting

In accordance with guidance from the Texas Governor and Attorney General dated March 16, 2020 regarding suspension of open meeting laws, and in light of the recent Executive Order from the Governor and CDC guidance to limit mass gatherings, all attendees at the meeting will be required to socially distance a minimum of six feet. In addition, the public may elect to access the Beaumont ISD board meeting via livestream at the following link: https://livestream.com/bisdtv. Should a member of the public wish to address the board virtually, public comment may be provided prior to the meeting in written form to gantoin@bmtisd.com and will be read aloud at the board meeting during the public comment portion of the meeting. Written comments will be limited to 2.5 minutes. The Board will also accept in-person public comments in accordance with the procedure identified in Board Policy BED (Local). Following the meeting, the public will be provided access to a recording of the meeting on the District's livestream website.
