Shorewood High School student clubs, School Board student representatives and Ripples will host a School Board Candidate Forum on Monday, March 14th, in the SHS library from 7-9 pm. 

The Spring 2022 election is Tuesday, April 5, and candidates running for two school board seats will be asked about a range of topics impacting students. This one-hour session is open to all Village residents, members of the business community and District stakeholders who want to learn more about the budget development process and provide input.  

Members of the Shorewood School Board will attend the March 2 press conference to be held at the Riverside Theater to advocate for support of students across the state. A second press conference will take place in Madison.  

The press conference will address a letter to state elected officials signed by more than 200 businesses and organizations that support the investment of surplus funds in K-12 education.  A full copy of the letter can be viewing in the Extras link.

The purpose of a linkage is to allow members of the School Board to meet with constituents and provide information on the work of the schools. Call to Order in OPEN SESSION

The Board may immediately vote to convene in CLOSED SESSION to discuss personnel matters pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c).

 

The Shorewood School District Board of Canvassers will hold a meeting at 8:30 am on Thursday, April 9 in the Superintendents Office at 1701 E Capitol Drive, Shorewood, WI  53211. The purpose of this meeting is to canvass all ballots from the April 6, 2021 Spring Election.
