4. OPEN PUBLIC HEARING

5. The Board of Managers will conduct a public hearing on the mandatory health care provider participation program payment of six percent (6%) of net patient revenue that the Board of Managers intends to require of each institutional health care provider located within the Hospital District's boundaries under the program in Fiscal Year 2020 (October 1, 2019 - September 30, 2020) and how the revenue derived from the mandatory payments will be used; public hearing and actions pursuant to Texas Health & Safety Code, Chapter 298C.
