RECOMMENDED MOTION: "that the bids and/or professional service contracts be approved as presented in the enclosures."

VII.A.4. Board Resolution for Final Bond Payment
RECOMMENDED MOTION: "that the Board of Education approves the final bond payment resolution as outlined in the enclosures."

VII.A.5. Approval of Certification of July 1, 2013 Tax Levy.
RECOMMENDED MOTION: “that the Resolution appearing in the attachment, which approves and certifies the Lansing School District’s July 1, 2013 operating tax levy and includes from nine (9) to eighteen (18) mills on all property, except principal residences and other property exempted by law, for operation purposes, subject to any Headlee Amendment rollback be adopted. In addition the Board further approves and certifies the levies on July 1, 2013 of the voter approved school building and site sinking fund millage for 1.5 mills, and the debt fund millage for 2.48 mills, on all property not otherwise exempted by law.”

RECOMMENDED MOTION: "that the Lansing Schools Board of Education Approve the 2013-2014 Fiscal Year Budget resolution as attached."
