Description:
The Board will convene in Executive Session to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (b).
All matters discussed during this executive session are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representative of the new s media without authorization by the school board. Executive sessions are not open to the public. Executive sessions involving deliberations with persons designated to carry on labor negotiations, or to consider expulsion of a student or matters pertaining to a student's confidential records are not open to the news media. |

The district has a board policy for filing a formal complaint against an individual.
