Description:
This time is set aside for the public to make comments on items within the authority of this committee and are not for committee interaction at this time. Matters raised cannot be deliberated or acted upon until properly placed on a future agenda. Comments that are irrelevant, repetitious, slanderous, offensive, inflammatory, willfully disruptive or deemed personal attacks will not be permitted. A "request to speak" card must be completed & submitted to the Health Insurance Chair before Public Input is opened. (This item for discussion only. No action may be taken at this time. A time limit of 3 minutes per person or 5 minutes for the spokesperson for a group may be imposed.)

Description:
Recommended Action: That the committee approves teh Executive Session Meeting Minutes for January 15, 2020, with corrections if needed. That the committee makes a decision regarding any other items in the executive session.

7. CHANGE OF DATE/ATTENDANCE AREA OF FUTURE COMMITTEE MEETINGS, FOR POSSIBLE ACTION
Description:
The committee may make any change of date, time or location that has become necessary. Next scheduled meeting dates: September 16, 2020 and October 14, 2020.
