2. EXECUTIVE CLOSED SESSION under Sec. 19.85(1)(c) Wis. Stats., concerning employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

2.A. Consideration of adjourning to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. sec. 19.85(1)(f) for the purpose of reviewing an investigation of an employee. Such investigation, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of an individual or individuals who are the subject of the investigation and pursuant to Wis. Stat. sec. 19.85(1)(c), which permits convening in closed session for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the purpose of considering the preliminary nonrenewal of a teacher contract and the issuance of a preliminary nonrenewal notice and taking action thereon.
