Resolution approving the sale of the real property (surface only), together with any and all improvements, being described as a 1.74 acre tract of land, more or less, approximately 205 feet x 369 feet, out of property comprising 32.84 acres of land described in deed dated December 15, 1993, to Lake Travis Independent School District, recorded in Volume 12086, Page 1476, Real Property Records of Travis County, Texas, such 32.84 acre tract being commonly known as and referred to as the Lakeway Elementary School property located at 1701 Lohmans Crossing Road in Austin, Texas, with such 1.74 acre tract of land being rectangular in nature and located along the most southeastern portion of the 32.84 acre tract.
