Public Hearing: Public hearing on Amendment No. 4 to Agreement for Limitation on Appraised Value between the District and Santa Rita Wind Energy LLC, Texas Comptroller Application Number 1103, pursuant to Chapter 313 of the Texas Tax Code, as that statute existed immediately before its expiration pursuant to Section 313.171 (a)

Discussion and possible action on an Amendment to Resolution and Findings of Fact approving the Application of Santa Rita Wind Energy LLC for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property, Application Number 1103, pursuant to Chapter 313 of the Texas Tax Code, as that stature existed immediately before its expiration pursuant to Section 313.171(a)
