Consideration and possible action determining that District property containing approximately one (1) acre and located in Abstract A189, as more particularly described in a Deed from John Schuster recorded in Volume 44, Page 193, of the Reeal Property Recors of Fayette County Deed Records and referenced as Property No. 50433 by the Fayette County Appraisal District ("Property") is not immediately necessary for the construction of facilities to meet the current and foreseeable needs of the district for educational purposes and that it is advisable and in the best interest of the District to lease the Property for the purposes of investigating, exploring, prospecting, drilling, mining and operation for and producing oil and gas from the Property, and if such determination is made, action to authorize the Superintendent publish notice to the general public of the proposed lease of the oil and gas intreests owned by the District to propspective parties in accordance with Texas Natural Resources Code section 71.003, to receive and open sealed bids, to post notice of the requireed public hearing for consideration of the bids by the Board of Trustees.
