5.A. Consider and take possible action to approve the donation of 2 Buddy Benches.

5.B. Consider and take possible action to approve a Resolution canvassing the returns and declaring the results of a bond election; and other matters in connection therewith.

5.C. Consider and take possible action to approve Hellas Construction for design services for the Natalia ISD 2024, Proposition B Bond Project – softball/baseball field complex, and delegate authority to the Superintendent to negotiate and execute the final contract.

5.D. Consider and take possible action to approve a construction delivery method for the Natalia ISD 2024 Bond Project – softball/baseball field complex and delegate authority to the Superintendent to proceed with procurement.

5.E. Consider and take possible action to approve Superintendent’s recommendation to approve Hellas Construction from an Interlocal Purchasing Cooperative to provide construction services for the District’s 2024 Bond Project – Softball/Baseball Complex and delegate the authority to the Superintendent to enter into a contract approved by counsel for the District for such services.

Consider and take possible action to adopt the prevailing wage rates, with no fringe benefits unless required by law, published by the United States Department of Labor in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. Section 276a et seq.), and its subsequent amendments, in connection with the construction of the District’s 2024 Bond Projects authorized by the Board and any other construction projects authorized during the District’s current fiscal year.

5.G. Consider and take possible action to approve to approve procurement method for 2024 Proposition A Bond Project.
