Description:
Members of the public wishing to be heard during this public hearing must sign up to speak by e-mailing dvisd.communications@dvisd.net no later than 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2020. Instructions for joining the virtual meeting in order to address the Board during this public hearing will be provided to all individuals who sign up to speak by the above deadline. Depending on the number of participants who sign up to speak, the Board President reserves the right to implement reasonable time limitations on each speaker. In the event the District has not received and uploaded certification documents related to this application from the Texas Comptroller's office by 6:00 PM on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, this public hearing will be rescheduled for a later date to ensure sufficient time for a public review of the information.
